About these terms

These terms apply to your use of makemartsimple.com and any order you place with Make Mart Simple, 1915 Tomahawk Rd, Okemos, MI 48864, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email and send a secure payment link. The contract is formed when payment is complete. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund anything already paid.

Prices and promo codes

Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless shown at checkout. The SIMPLE10 code gives 10% off eligible items, cannot be used on gift cards and cannot be combined with other offers.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $5.25 and free on orders of $42 or more after discounts. Express shipping is $12.95. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Digital items

Gift cards and software are delivered by email to the address you give us. Please check it carefully. Third-party gift cards and software are subject to the issuer's own terms.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Supplements and personal care items are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Ask a doctor before use if you have health concerns.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ingham County, Michigan, unless the law says otherwise.
